Political contributions to Ardelia Holmes for Congress are subject to federal election law.

Contributions

All contributions are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Excess or Impermissible Contributions

In accordance with Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations:

• Contributions that exceed legal limits

• Contributions from prohibited sources

will be refunded or reattributed as required by law.

Processing

Refunds required under federal law will be issued promptly and in compliance with FEC guidelines.
